Product Description:
Magic Power B-30 uses a new technological formulation and is a universal, fully synthetic cutting and grinding fluid that does not contain phenols, nitrites and other similar substances. It includes special components to protect against oil contamination, which facilitates the separation of foreign lubricating oils that have entered the working fluid, and maintains the stability of the working fluid for a long time, significantly increasing its service life. Also suitable for honing.

Cooking Instructions:
1.Recommended dosage: for grinding operations with low intensity and poor surface quality: 3–5%; for high intensity grinding and high surface finish: 5–10%.
2.Typical use: 3% (1:32) to 10% (1:9).
3.If the dosage exceeds the typical range, please contact us for technical support.
4.Use after mixing with water (add concentrate to water to dilute).
5. It is recommended to use demineralized water for dilution, which will help extend the service life of the working fluid, reduce concentrate consumption and ensure optimal performance of the treatment fluid.
6.Unless specifically authorized by Magic Power B-30 technical support, do not add other substances to the concentrate or diluted liquid.
7.Concentration monitoring can be done by using a refractometer and refractive index to determine the concentration percentage of the dilute liquid: refractometer reading × refractive index = concentration percentage. ① Before testing a sample, calibrate the refractometer using demineralized water to a reading of 0.0. ② For samples, take as clean (uncontaminated) working fluid as possible.
Instructions for use:
1.Most suitable for use in environments with poor operating conditions or in factories with high cleanliness requirements.
2.At the initial stage of use, the product may have a slight odor, which disappears after one to two days.
3.Before use, clean the equipment and the working fluid reservoir/bath, then add the prepared Magic Power B-30 fluid.
4.Strictly control the concentration (add new fluid regularly), usually add about 5%, but adding 7% is more effective in extending the service life of all the working fluid in the tank.
5.If surface oil appears in the working fluid reservoir/tub, it should be removed regularly to help suppress the growth of bacteria.
6.Do not add/mix other products without permission. If necessary, please contact Magic Power B-30 for technical support.
Storage instructions:
1.Avoid direct exposure to sunlight and overheating.
2.Avoid contact with sources of fire and heat; Avoid exposure to moisture.
3.Avoid contact with strong oxidizing agents, strong alkalis and acids.
4.After opening the package and removing part of the concentrate, close the lid tightly to avoid contamination of the remaining product in the package.
5.Store in a well-ventilated, cool area.
6.If the product is stored for a long time, its color may darken, but this does not affect its effectiveness.
7.In case of freezing at low temperatures, place the product in a room with a temperature of 20°C to completely defrost before use - this will not affect its quality.
