Cooking recommendations:
1. Recommended amount for use: for grinding with low surface and roughness requirements – 5-10%; for grinding with high surface and roughness requirements – 10–15%.

5. Demineralized water is recommended for dilution, which helps to extend the life of the working fluid, reduce concentrate consumption, and maximize the properties of the treatment fluid.

7. Concentration control can be carried out with a refractometer and refractive index to obtain the percentage of concentration of the diluted liquid: refractometer reading × refractive index = percentage concentration. (1) Before testing the sample, calibrate the refractometer with demineralized water to 0.0. (2) When taking a sample of the working fluid, choose the cleanest (no contaminants) possible.
Usage Guide:
1.Most suitable for environments with low standards or for industries where high purity is required.
2. At the initial stage of use, the product may have a faint smell, which disappears after one to two days.
3.Before using the product, clean the equipment and fluid tanks/tanks, and then add the prepared Magic Power working fluid.
4. Strictly control the concentration (add fresh liquid regularly); Usually, the addition is about 5%, and the addition of 7% contributes to a longer life of the working fluid in the tank.
5. If a floating film of oil appears in the fluid tank, it should be removed regularly to inhibit bacterial growth.
6. Do not add/mix other products without permission. If necessary, contact Magic Power for technical support.
Storage conditions:
1. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight.
2. Avoid contact with sources of fire and heat; avoid moisture.
3. Avoid contact with strong oxidizing agents, alkalis and acids.
4. After opening the package and removing part of the concentrate, close the package immediately to prevent contamination of the product.
5. Store in a well-ventilated, cool place indoors.
6. Over time, some products may darken, but this does not affect their effectiveness.
7. When freezing at low temperatures, place the product in a room with a temperature of 20°C to defrost completely, after which it can be used without loss of efficiency.
Attention:
Avoid contact with eyes and ingestion of Magic Power Z-17 Concentrate. In case of contact, rinse eyes immediately with clean, cold water or seek medical attention.
