Product Description
Band saw cutting fluid is a metalworking fluid designed specifically for sawing (e.g., band saws, circular saws, bow saws, etc.) whose main functions are cooling, lubrication, chip removal, and rust prevention. Compared to conventional cutting fluids, sawing fluids are more focused on efficient cutting, extending the life of the saw blades and reducing material loss.

Mixing recommendations:
*Recommended quantity: 5 to 10% for low grinding requirements and high surface requirements.
*Recommended levels of use: 5 to 10% for low grinding and surface requirements; 10 to 15% for high requirements for floor grinding and finishing.
*Typical working usage: 5% (1:19) to 15% (1:6).

*Mix with water (dilute concentrate with water).
*Dilute with deionized water whenever possible to extend fluid life, reduce concentrate used, and maximize fluid performance.
*Do not add any other materials to the concentrate or dilution until approved by the Magic Power Technical Service.
*Concentration control can be purchased with a refractometer and refractive index to obtain the percentage attention of the dilute solution: refractometer reading x refractive index = percent concentration.

Attention:
