Semi-synthetic fluids for metal cutting

Product Description:
Magic Power C-10 lubricating fluid is a translucent, biostable, water-soluble microemulsion of a semi-synthetic metalworking fluid in concentrated form. It has excellent penetrating, cooling and lubricating properties, which allows it to be used for processing and grinding various materials.
Product Features:
Excellent anti-foam properties - low foaming, good performance in both soft and hard water (hardness 600 ppm).
Excellent anti-corrosion properties - all additives are biostable, effectively control the growth of bacteria and extend the service life of the lubricant.
Environmentally friendly - effectively resists bacterial degradation and metal particle deposition, which promotes catalytic decomposition. Reduces costs by reducing the amount of added concentrate. The waste liquid contains no harmful substances that do not harm the environment when disposed of.

Cooking instructions:
1. Recommended concentration:
Light load: 5–7%
Average load: 7%–10%
Heavy load: 10–15%
2. Typical use: 5% (1:19) to 15% (1:6)
3. If concentration outside the specified range is required, please contact us for technical support.
4. The mixture is used after mixing with water (add concentrate to water to dilute).
5. It is recommended to use deionized water for dilution, which helps extend the service life of the working fluid, reduce concentrate consumption and ensure maximum efficiency of the lubricating fluid.
6. Do not add other substances to the concentrate or diluted liquid without permission from the Magic Power technical department.
7. Concentration monitoring can be done using a refractometer, using the refractive index to determine the percentage concentration of a dilute liquid: refractometer reading × refractive index = percentage concentration.
① Before testing the sample, it is necessary to calibrate the refractometer with deionized water to a value of 0.0.
② It is recommended to use clean (not contaminated) working fluid for sampling.
Instructions for use:
1.Before using this product, clean the machine and the working fluid reservoir/tank, then add the prepared Magic Power working fluid.
2.It is not recommended to use for processing active metals such as magnesium, zirconium and other similar materials.
3.Strictly control the concentration (add new fluid regularly), this will help extend the service life of the working fluid in the tank.
4.If floating oil appears in the fluid reservoir/tank, it should be removed regularly to help prevent the growth of bacteria.
5.Do not add/mix other products without permission. If necessary, contact Magic Power for technical support.
Storage instructions:
1.Avoid direct exposure to sunlight.
2.Avoid contact with sources of fire and heat; prevent moisture from entering.
3.Avoid contact with strong oxidizing agents, strong alkalis and acids.
4.After removing part of the concentrate from the package, immediately close the lid tightly to prevent contamination of the product in the package.
5.Store in a cool and well-ventilated area.
6.After long-term storage, the outer color of the product may darken, but this does not affect its effectiveness.
7.If the product is frozen at low temperature, place it in a 20°C environment, let it defrost completely, and then use it, it will not affect its effectiveness.

Notes:
Avoid contact of Magic Power C-10 Concentrate with eyes and ingestion. If contact occurs, rinse eyes immediately with clean, cold water or seek medical attention.
