Semi-synthetic cutting fluids

Reduces costs by reducing the volume of concentrate replenishment. The waste liquid does not contain substances harmful to the environment, and its discharge after treatment will not lead to deterioration of the environmental situation.
Product Description:
Magic Power C-11 is a translucent, biostable, water-soluble, microemulsified, semi-synthetic concentrate metal cutting fluid. Provides superior penetration, cooling and lubrication for cutting and grinding operations on a wide range of materials.
Product Features:
1.Low odor - Very low odor, good performance in both stand-alone and centralized fluid supply systems, especially suitable for stand-alone operation.
2.Suitable for a wide range of materials - non-ferrous metals such as aluminum alloys, copper alloys, zinc alloys, and ferrous metals such as cast iron, carbon steel and stainless steel. Excellent Lubricating Performance - Contains synthetic polyester additives that provide excellent machining lubrication and can significantly improve surface finish when machining metals.
3.Excellent Corrosion Resistance - Contains highly effective rust inhibitors and metal corrosion inhibitors that provide excellent rust protection for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It protects both the machine and the workpiece.

Mixing Instructions:
*Recommended use: Light treatment: 5 to 7%, Medium treatment: 7 to 10%, Heavy treatment: 10 to 15%.
*Typical operating usage: 5% (1:19) to 15% (1:6).
*If typical usage exceeds, please contact us for technical support.
*Mix with water (dilute concentrate with water).
*Whenever possible, dilute with deionized water to extend fluid life, reduce the amount of concentrate used, and maximize fluid performance.
*Do not add any other substances to the concentrate or diluent unless authorized by Mirabelle technical service.
*Concentration control can be obtained by using a refractometer and refractive index to obtain the percent concentration of a dilute solution: refractometer reading x refractive index = percent concentration.
Before testing a sample, calibrate the refractometer with deionized water to a reading of 0.0.
Select a clean (uncontaminated) solution to process the sample.
Instructions for use:
*Please clean the machine and tub/reservoir before using this product and then add the prepared MagicBullet Treatment Liquid.
*Not recommended for use on reactive metals such as magnesium, zirconium and other materials.
*Strict control of concentration (regular replenishment of new liquid) will help extend the life of the entire bath.
*If there is oil floating in the treatment fluid reservoir/pool, it should be removed regularly to suppress bacterial growth.
*Do not add/mix other products without permission, contact Magic Power for technical support if necessary.
Storage instructions:
*Avoid direct exposure to sunlight;
*Avoid contact with fire and heat sources; avoid mixing with moisture;
*avoid contact with strong oxidizing agents, strong bases and strong acids;
*After opening the lid and removing part of the concentrate, it should be tightly closed to prevent contamination of the product in the drum;
*For storage, place in a ventilated and cool place;
*The darkening of the appearance of some products after long-term storage does not affect their use.
*If the product freezes at low temperature, please place the product in a 20℃ environment to thaw completely, and then it can be used without affecting the effect.

Attention:
Avoid contact with eyes and ingestion of Magic Power C-11 concentrate. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with clean cold water or seek medical attention.
