Metalworking fluid
1. Cooling effect
Quickly absorb and dissipate heat in the cutting zone, reduce the temperature of the tool and workpiece, prevent tool wear, workpiece deformation, or material changes caused by high temperature.
2. Lubricating effect
Reduce friction between tool and workpiece and chips, reduce cutting force, improve surface quality and extend tool life.
3. Cleansing effect
Wash away fine chips and abrasive particles generated during the cutting process to prevent chip build-up affecting machining accuracy or damage to the workpiece surface.
Product Description
Metalworking fluidA functional fluid used for cooling, lubricating, cleaning, and preventing rust in the metal processing process. It is widely used in machining scenarios such as turning, milling, drilling, grinding, etc.

Advantages and features:
1. Optimization of auxiliary functions
Chip and dust control:
Rinse chips to avoid wrapping around the tool or clogging the machining area (e.g., deep drilling).
Suppress dust (e.g., sanding) to improve the working environment.
Rust Protection: Preventing rust between processes can shorten downstream processing steps, especially for steel parts and wet environments.
2. Occupational health and safety
Reduced smoke and oil mist: A low-oil mist formula (e.g., synthetic cutting fluid) reduces floor air pollution and meets OSHA and other standards.
Skin safety: Non-irritating formulas (e.g., pH-neutral) reduce the risk of dermatitis in operators.

Cooking instructions:
1. Recommended concentration:
Light Load: 5%~7%
Average Load: 7%~10%
Heavy Load: 10%~15%
2. Typical Use: 5% (1:19) to 15% (1:6)
3. If accurate range is required, please contact us for technical support.
4. The mixture is used after mixing with water (add water to dilute it).
5. It is recommended to use deionized water for dilution, which helps to extend the life of the working fluid carrier, limit water consumption, and ensure maximum lubricant efficiency.
6. Without the permission of the technical department of Magic Power, no longer add various materials to the lubricant and diluted liquid.
7. Concentration control can be realized by refractometer, using the refractive index to determine the awareness fraction of the dilute liquid: refractometer study × refractive index = percent awareness.
(1) Before testing the sample, it is crucial to calibrate the refractometer on deionized water to a price of 0.0.
(2) It is recommended to use a light (not contaminated) working fluid for sampling.
