Product Description:
Magic Power Z-70 is a clear, water-soluble, fully synthetic metal cutting fluid in concentrate. It has excellent anti-corrosion properties, good lubricating properties and rapid settling of graphite particles in cast iron, making it especially suitable for cutting and grinding cast iron.

Excellent anti-foam properties - low level of foaming, works well in both soft water (hardness 20 ppm) and hard water (hardness 1500 ppm).
Excellent anti-corrosion properties - contains effective inhibitors to fight bacteria and mold, which helps control bacterial growth and extends the life of the cutting fluid.
Environmental friendliness - effectively resists the catalytic decomposition of bacteria and the deposition of metal shavings, preventing their oxidative decomposition. Reducing concentrate consumption helps reduce costs. The waste liquid does not contain harmful substances for the environment, and its disposal does not worsen the environment.

Cooking Instructions:
1.Recommended dosage:
Light handling load: 5–7%
Average processing load: 7–10%
Heavy handling load: 10–15%
2.Typical use: 5% (1:19) to 15% (1:6).
3.If the dosage exceeds the typical range, please contact us for technical support.
4.Use after mixing with water (add concentrate to water to dilute).
5. It is recommended to use demineralized water for dilution, which will help extend the service life of the working fluid, reduce concentrate consumption and ensure optimal performance of the treatment fluid.
6.Unless specifically authorized by Magic Power Technical Support, do not add other substances to the concentrate or diluted liquid.
7.Concentration monitoring can be done by using a refractometer and refractive index to determine the concentration percentage of the dilute liquid: refractometer reading × refractive index = concentration percentage.
① Before testing a sample, calibrate the refractometer using demineralized water to a reading of 0.0.
② For samples, take as clean (uncontaminated) working fluid as possible.
Instructions for use:
1.Before use, clean the equipment and the working fluid reservoir/bath, then add the prepared Magic Power fluid.
2.It is not recommended to use for processing active metals such as magnesium, zirconium and other similar materials.
3.Strictly control the concentration (add new fluid regularly), which will help extend the service life of all the working fluid in the tank.
4.If surface oil appears in the working fluid reservoir/tub, it should be removed regularly to help suppress the growth of bacteria.
5.Do not add/mix other products without permission. If necessary, please contact Magic Power for technical support.
Storage instructions:
1.Avoid direct exposure to sunlight and overheating.
2.Avoid contact with sources of fire and heat; Avoid exposure to moisture.
3.Avoid contact with strong oxidizing agents, strong alkalis and acids.
4.After opening the package and removing part of the concentrate, close the lid tightly to avoid contamination of the remaining product in the package.
5.Store in a well-ventilated, cool area.
6.If the product is stored for a long time, its color may darken, but this does not affect its effectiveness.
7.In case of freezing at low temperatures, place the product in a room with a temperature of 20°C to completely defrost before use - this will not affect its quality.

Notes:
Avoid contact of Magic Power Z-70 Concentrate with eyes and ingestion. If contact occurs, rinse eyes immediately with clean, cold water or seek medical attention.
