Product Description:
Anti-wear microemulsion lubricant BL101 is a microemulsion, brownish-yellow in color and consists of carefully selected components such as emulsifiers, surfactants, biocides and rust inhibitors. The product is designed primarily for the processing of ferrous metals and is suitable for most steel processing processes.

Product Application:
Suitable for materials: 45# steel, cast iron, some stainless steel and other ferrous metals.
Processing methods: turning, milling, drilling, threading, sawing.
Suitable for equipment: machining centers, numerical control (CNC) lathes, drilling machines, milling machines and others.

Instructions for use:
Recommended concentration: for cutting processing 1:10 ~ 1:20, the concentration should be adjusted according to the processing intensity.
When replacing fluid, you must first thoroughly clean the fluid reservoir, lines, work tables, clamping devices, workpieces, and contaminants. Then use the product by diluting it to 1%-2% and pour into the equipment. After complete circulation for 20 minutes, drain the fluid and then fill the reservoir with new fluid.
Storage method:
Store in a cool, ventilated area, avoiding direct sunlight and exposure to rain.
Optimal storage temperature: 5℃ ~ 35℃.
If, due to improper storage, the product has changed its properties, transfer it to an environment with the recommended storage temperature and wait for natural recovery, after which the product can be used.
Under normal storage conditions, the shelf life is one year.

Notes:
Regularly check the concentration and pH value of the liquid in the reservoir and add or change liquid if necessary.
If the machine is not used for several days, regularly oxygenate the lubricant to prevent bacterial growth.
Remove work chips, floating oils and other contaminants in a timely manner. It is recommended to install chip and oil removal devices.
If you need to mix products from different brands, conduct a compatibility test in advance.
It is recommended to use municipal tap water for best performance.
Be careful when using well water to avoid unnecessary damage.
